THE UNITS WERE ELIGIBLE AND QUALIFIED FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 42 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AS ENACTED BY THE TAX REFORM ACT OF 1986.
