COMMUNITY HEALTH AND SAFETY - TO PROVIDE NON-MEDICAL SERVICES FOR ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO FOOD, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, INTERPERSONAL SAFETY, AND TOXIC STRESS INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH HOUSING INSPECTIONS AND PROVIDING HEALTHY HOME GOODS.
