THE ORGANIZATION'S SIGNATURE PROGRAMS INCLUDE GET ON BOARD! WORKSHOPS AND THE GENDER DIVERSITY DIRECTORY AND INDEX. GET ON BOARD! WORKSHOPS ARE INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE THE STRATEGIC TOOLS FOR SENIOR-LEVEL AND C-SUITE WOMEN EXECUTIVES TO PURSUE THEIR FIRST PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CORPORATE BOARD SEAT. THE GENDER DIVERSITY DIRECTORY IS AN ONLINE RESOURCE OF MORE THAN 3,000 PUBLIC COMPANIES CATEGORIZED BY THE GENDER COMPOSITION OF THEIR BOARDS. THE GENDER DIVERSITY INDEX IS QUARTERLY ANALYSIS ON THE PERCENTAGE OF BOARD SEATS HELD BY WOMEN IN COMPANIES ON THE RUSSELL 3000 INDEX.
