HARLEY'S HOPE OFFERS A VARIETY OF SERVICES DESIGNED TO HELP KEEP PETS IN THEIR EXISTING HOMES. OUR CORE SERVICES ARE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH MAJOR VETERINARY CARE, EMERGENCY FOSTER CARE, AND ADDITIONAL HELP FOR SENIORS AND THEIR COMPANIONS.

DIRECT ANIMAL CARE PROVIDED INCLUDED EMERGENCY FOSTER CARE, PET DEPOSITS, PET FOOD DELIVERIES FOR HIGH-RISK PET PARENTS, MONTHLY DRIVE-UP PET FOOD PANTRIES, MEDICATION VOUCHERS FOR CHRONICALLY ILL PETS, AND SERVICE ANIMAL AID. WE HELPED 986 ANIMALS IN 2023/2024.


VETERINARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS INCLUDED PET ASSISTANCE FUND (PAF), SERVICE ANIMAL AID FUND (SAAF), AND OLDER PET PARENT SERVICES FUND (OPPS). WE PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR 109 ANIMALS WHO NEEDED MAJOR OR EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE.
