IN 2022, WE ADVANCED ON THE LLC PROJECT WHICH WE WILL UTILIZE FOR OUR HOUSING, AND LAUNCHED OUR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN "FRIENDS AND FAMILY" FUNDRAISING PHASE; WE FOUND THE ARCHITECT WE PLAN TO USE AND BEGAN DEVELOPING OUR COMMUNITY DESIGN; WE PROVIDED CONSULTING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO OTHER NONPROFITS, WORKING ON SIX PROJECTS IN FIVE STATES (AZ, CT, IN, OH, WI); THE WI PROJECT BROKE GROUND ON ITS SITE WORK AND ENRICHMENT CENTER; WE HELPED ORGANIZE A STATE WIDE COALITION OF FAMILIES AND PROVIDERS SUCCESSFULLY HELPED CHANGE TEXAS REGULATIONS ON HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES WAIVERS BY REMOVING RESTRICTIONS IMPACTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTENTIONAL COMMUNITIES.
