EDUCATION - PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN WESTERN KENYA. EXPENSES PAID WERE FOR TUITION, UNIFORMS, BOOKS, AND FEES AS WELL AS INDIRECT SUPPORT THROUGH SUCH ITEMS AS LAMP KEROSENE.


FOOD SECURITY- PROVIDING FOOD FOR CHILDREN LIVING IN POVERTY IN WESTERN KENYA. EXPENSES PAID WERE FOR SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAMS IN 20 PRIMARY SCHOOLS, AS WELL AS WEEKEND AND EVENING FOOD FOR CHILDREN'S HOUSEHOLDS IN WHICH NO ADULT IS LIVING.


COUNSELING & SUPPORT- PROVIDING A PROJECT COORDINATOR TO PROVIDE SOCIAL SERVICES FOR IMPOVERISHED PERSONS OF WESTERN KENYA. EXPENSES INCLUDE CLOTHING, COUNSELING, AND SALARY TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES.


PROVIDING COUNSELING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ORPHANED. PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO CARRY OUT PROGRAM INITIATIVES.
