THE FOUNDATION MAKES GRANTS TO 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS BASED UPON SOLICITATIONS AND GRANT PROPOSALS AT SEMI-ANNUAL BOARD MEETINGS. AS PART OF THIS PROGRAM THE ORGANIZATION'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ALSO CONSULTS WITH LOCAL NON-PROFIT CHARITIES WITH REGARDS TO ASSISTING IN THE CONCEPTUAL ASPECTS OF THEIR OPERATIONS AND CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS AT NO COST TO THE ORGANIZATIONS.


DURING 2018 THE FOUNDATION PURCHASED AND IMPROVED THE FORMER NORTH CONWAY COMMUNITY CENTER IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A NORTH CONWAY HOME FOR THE NEW ENGLAND SKI MUSEUM (A 501(C)(3) PUBLIC CHARITY). THE FOUNDATION LEASES THIS PROPERTY TO THE MUSEUM FOR $1 PER ANNUM. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2024 THE FOUNDATION INCURRED $4,037 OF IMPROVEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY.
