IN THE GAP EXISTS TO PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND TO EQUIP UPCOMING GENERATIONS TO PURSUE MORAL EXCELLENCE, WHOLE-HEARTEDLY STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT, AND TO BECOME POSITIVE ROLE MODELS WHO WILL TRANSFORM OUR COMMUNITY, STATE, AND NATION FOR GENERATIONS TO COME. WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT EQUIPPING AND MOBILIZING THE BODY OF CHRIST TO HELP EVERY CHILD SEE, FEEL, AND KNOW HOW MUCH JESUS LOVES THEM!IN 2023 WE REACHED 755 CHILDREN'S LIVES THROUGH OPERATION IMPACT'S BACK-YARD BIBLE CLUBS.WE WERE HONORED TO HAVE 130 VOLUNTEERS GIVE OF THEIR TIME TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SO MANY CHILDREN'S LIVES AND ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR OUR LOCAL 18 OKLAHOMA CITY CHURCHES WHO PARTNERED WITH US TO BRING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST TO THEIR COMMUNITY THROUGH OPERATION IMPACT! 41 WEEK-LONG BIBLE CLUBS WERE CONDUCTED, 755 CHILDREN ATTENDED A BIBLE CLUB, 340 INDIVIDUAL GOSPEL PRESENTATIONS WERE MADE, 158 BIBLES WERE GIVEN, AND 37 CHILDREN TRUSTED IN JESUS AS THEIR SAVIOR! FOR STORIES AND HIGHLIGHTS VISIT: WWW.INTHEGAP.ORG/BLOGNOT ONLY WERE THE CHILDREN REACHED BUT 54 TEENS WERE EQUIPPED TO WORK WITH CHILDREN AND WERE SENT OUT ACROSS OKLAHOMA CITY TO WORK WITH OUR CHURCH PARTNERS. THEY NOT ONLY MINISTER TO CHILDREN THIS SUMMER, BUT NOW THEY HAVE A GREATER CAPACITY TO SERVE BACK HOME IN THEIR LOCAL CHURCH. CHURCHES CAN SERVE THEIR LOCAL PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS BY HOSTING AFTER-SCHOOL BIBLE CLUBS AND THROUGH PRACTICAL SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES. WE VISITED WITH 580 CHURCHES AND TRAVELED 1,770 MILES ACROSS OKLAHOMA. AS A RESULT, FIVE AFTER-SCHOOL BIBLE CLUB MINISTRIES WERE LAUNCHED AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS AND 137 CHILDREN HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND!DO YOU EVER QUESTION THE EFFECTIVENESS OF YOUR WORK IN CHILDREN'S MINISTRY? IN MANY CASES, WE CANNOT SEE THE RESULTS OF OUR LABOR IMMEDIATELY, AND OFTEN NOT EVEN IN OUR LIFETIME. IN THE GAP KIDS:IN THE GAP KIDS PROVIDES BIBLICALLY-BASED VIDEO LESSONS FOR CHILDREN, INCLUDING BIBLE LESSONS, SCRIPTURE MEMORY VERSES, SONGS, CRAFTS, GAMES, OBJECT LESSONS, AND PUPPET SHOWS. IN 2023 WE RELEASED 52 VIDEOS FOR CHILDREN AND RECEIVED A TOTAL OF 838,838 VIEWS ONLINE (COMPARED TO 238,440 VIEWS IN 2022, AND 161,800 VIEWS IN 2021) FROM 129 COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD. OUR YOUTUBE SUBSCRIBERS GREW BY 4,800 BRINGING THE TOTAL TO 8,400! WE HAD A WATCH TIME OF 15,000 HOURS OF IN THE GAP KIDS VIDEOS, WHICH BRINGS THE CHANNEL'S LIFETIME WATCH TIME TO 36,700 HOURS!
