THE SOCIETY SPONSORS BIENNIAL MEETINGS TO REVIEW NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THE EOSINOPHIL AND ITS ROLES IN HEALTH AND DISEASE. THE INTERNATIONAL EOSINOPHIL SOCIETY, INC. (IES, INC.) PLANNING FOR 2023 SYMPOSIUM: THE SYMPOSIUM SHOWCASES NEW RESEARCH FINDINGS RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION OF EOSINOPHILS, THEIR TRAFFICKING, THEIR EFFECTOR FUNCTIONS, THE USE OF ANIMAL MODELS TO EXPLORE THE IMPORTANCE AND ROLE OF THE EOSINOPHIL IN HEALTH AND DISEASE, TRANSLATIONAL STUDIES OF ANIMAL MODEL FINDINGS INTO PATIENT-ORIENTED RESEARCH, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW THERAPIES OF EOSINOPHIL-ASSOCIATED DISEASES. CREATED A CORPORATE ADVISORY COUNCIL IN 2021. BENEFITS INCLUDED MEETINGS WITH IES LEADERSHIP AND SPONSORED WEBINARS. IES HELD MONTHLY FREE WEBINARS FOR MEMBERS IN 2021.
