TO SHOW CHRIST-LIKE LOVE AND SUPPORT BY PROVIDING BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO THOSE IN NEED IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES.

FOOD PURCHASED WITH THRIFT STORE PROCEEDS AND DONATED FROM LOCAL GROCERS WAS DISTRIBUTED TO 11,400 FAMILIES. CLOTHING DONATED TO THE THRIFT STORE WAS DONATED TO 525 PEOPLE. THROUGH THE FOOD FOR KIDS BACKPACK PROGRAM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN IN FOUR OSAGE CO, OK SCHOOL DISTRICTS WERE PROVIDED BACKPACKS OF FOOD DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR FOR A TOTAL OF 135 CHILDREN GETTING A PACK OF FOOD EVERY FRIDAY FOR A TOTAL OF 4,320 BACK PACKS OF FOOD. BACK PACK FOOD WAS ALSO DISTRIBUTED TO 210 ADDITIONAL CHILDREN IN TWO ADDITIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN TULSA CO, OK. AN ANGEL TREE GIFT PROGRAM FOR COLLINSVILLE, OK CHILDREN WAS COORDINATED AS WELL AS AN ANGEL TREE PARTY FOR 250 CHILDREN.EIGHTEEN VOLUNTEERS DONATED A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 6,000 HOURS OF LABOR TO THE COMBINED PROGRAMS. FOOD WAS EITHER PURCHASED FROM STORE PROCEEDS OR DONATED AND DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE FOOD PANTRIES LOCATED AT FOUR DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
