THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO PROMOTE TOURISM AND BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF SNELLVILLE. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY PRODUCING NUMEROUS COMMUNITY EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING THE STAR SPANGLED 4TH, BEACH BLAST, SNELLVILLE FALL FESTIVAL AND THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING. THE SNELLVILLE FARMERS MARKET PROVIDES FOR AREA RESIDENTS TO PURCHASE FRESH PRODUCE,HOMEMADE BREADS, HONEY AND THE LIKE EACH SATURDAY FROM JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER. THE COMMERCE CLUB WORKS TO PROMOTE THE CITY'S BUSINESSES BY HOSTING REGULAR LUNCH MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS. A QUARTERLY MAGAZINE IS PUBLISHED HIGHLIGHTING THE COMMUNITY, ITS BUSINESSES, EVENTS AND IS USED TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF SNELLVVILLE. THE COMMUNITY GARDEN PROVIDES SPACE FOR FAMILIES TO GROW FLOWERS AND FOOD FOR THEIR OWN CONSUMPTION OR TO DONATE TO LOCAL CHARITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO WORKS TO PROMOTE THE HOTELS IN SNELLVILLE AND INCREASING TOURISM IN OUR CITY THROUGH OUR EVENTS.
