MEDICAL SERVICES: THE ORGANIZATION, THROUGH ITS CIRCLE CENTER CARE CLINIC, PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY, SENSITIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE TARGETED TO MEET THE HEALTH NEEDS OF ALL PATIENTS. THEIR PROVIDERS SPECIALIZE IN WORKING WITH PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AND MEMBERS OF THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY. THE CARE INCLUDES A RELATIONSHIP WITH A PRIMARY MEDICAL PROVIDER ACCOMPANIED BY A TEAM OF CLINICAL SUPPORT STAFF, ANNUAL WELLNESS VISITS INCLUDING PREVENTATIVE SCREENINGS, GENERAL MEDICAL SERVICES FOR COMMON ALIMENTS (FLU, FEVERS, SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS, ETC.), MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS SUCH AS A HIV/AIDS, DIABETES, ASTHMA, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, DEPRESSION, AMONG OTHERS, BILINGUAL STAFF FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH, AND ON-SITE BLOOD DRAWS.
PHARMACY SERVICES: THROUGH CIRCLE CARE CENTER PHARMACY, THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS FULL SERVICE SPECIALTY PHARMACY WITH MONTHLY PRESCRIPTION AUTO-FILL AVAILABLE.
