CONNECTING TO END POVERTY - A MINNESOTA WITHOUT POVERTY IS LEADING A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT TO IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO END POVERTY. IN THIS ROLE, WE ARE "CONNECTING TO END POVERTY: MOVING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO END POVERTY (LCEP) RECOMMENDATIONS FORWARD IN THE LEGISLATURE."MICRO ENTERPRISE PARTNERSHIPS (MEP) - A MINNESOTA WITHOUT POVERTY USES MEP TO PROMOTE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN MINNESOTA COMMUNITIES. THE FOCUS IS ON CREATING ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES AMONG INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS WHO ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING POVERTY.
