OUR MISSION IS TO REVOLUTIONIZE THE STANDARD OF CARE IN BREAST HEALTH AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE POST DIAGNOSIS. OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM, RESOURCES AFTER DIAGNOSIS "RAD" PROGRAM IS A GLOBAL AND VIRTUAL PROGRAM DESIGNED TO GIVE ATHLETIC WOMEN IMPACTED BY BREAST CANCER A COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM. THE RAD PROGRAM INCLUDES PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, PEER-TO-PEER ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION FOCUSED ON MIND, BODY AND SOUL WELL BEING. WE WANT TO REDEFINE THE STANDARD OF CARE IN BREAST HEALTH AND IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE POST DIAGNOSIS. WE PROVIDE EDUCATION ON THE SIGNIFICANT BENEFITS OF FITNESS AND SUPPORT TO ACCESS RESPONSIBLE AND SAFE FITNESS INSTRUCTION FOR THOSE DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY BREAST CANCER.

BARBELLS FOR BOOBS (BFB) IS A COMMUNITY TAKING ACTION IN BREAST CANCER. PFP IS THE "GO TO" GLOBAL ORGANIZATION RESOURCE PROVIDER FOR ATHLETIC WOMEN OF ALL AGES WITH THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO MOVE DAILY. WE HAVE BUILT A VIBRANT COMMUNITY OF ALMOST 300 WOMEN IMPACTED BY BREAST CANCER IN 8 COUNTRIES. WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION FOR FITNESS PROFESSIONALS. OUR ONLINE LIBRARY IS A DIRECTORY OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURES ON EXERCISE ONCOLOGY, BREAST CANCER TREATMENTS AND SIDE EFFECTS, CANCER- SPECIFIC BARRIERS TO EXERCISE, EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION AND MOVEMENT MODIFICATIONS FOR BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS, SURVIVOR/ATHLETE ASSESSMENTS AND MORE. THROUGH OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM WE PROVIDE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMMING, ASSESSMENTS, AND MOVEMENT MODIFICATIONS FOR WOMEN IMPACTED BY BREAST CANCER, AN EDUCATION LIBRARY, CRITICAL PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT AND THE BEHIND THE BRA PODCAST. OUR 2020-2021 SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDE 195 SUPPORT GROUP PARTICIPANTS, 193 INTRODUCTION ASSESSMENTS, 116 ONE-ON-ONE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COACHING,DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMMING AND TRACKING, 977 VIRTUAL LIFE COACHING CLASSES, 130 COMMUNITY ACTITIVIES, 101 MONTHS OF GYM SCHOLARSHIPS, RESULTING IN 6,523 WORKOUTS LOGGED BY OUR COMMUNITY. OUR 2020-2021 EDUCATION SERVICES PROVIDED 542 HOURS OF EDUCATION THAT INCLUDED B STUDENT PROGRAM, BEHIND THE BRA PODCAST, RAD LIBRARY MEDICAL ADVISORY, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPTS, NUTRITION ASSESSMENTS AND LOCAL BREAST CANCER SCREENING AND SUPPORT.
