COMMUNITY LIVING - PROVIDE LIFE SKILL TRAINING AND HOUSING SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THE PROGRAM HAS THREE MAJOR AREAS: 1) COMMUNITY TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT 2) LIFE SKILLS CLASSES, AND 3) HOME-BASED SERVICES.
SELF-DETERMINATION SUPPORT - PROVIDE SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE INFORMATION AND NETWORKING FOR FAMILIES OF ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES.
CUSTOMIZED EMPLOYMENT - PROVIDE JOB DEVELOPMENT AND COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE HEPLING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES MAINTAIN THEIR JOB OR FIND A NEW JOB WHEN A CHANGE IS NEEDED.
