THE PREBLE COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, INC. WAS FORMED TO ADDRESS IMPORTANT GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT ISSUES AND TO ASSIST IN THE CREATION OF JOBS AND OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE IN PREBLE COUNTY NOW AND IN THE FUTURE. THE PARTNERSHIP'S PROGRAM OF WORK FOCUSES ON FOUR OBJECTIVES: 1) BUSINESS RETENTION, EXPANSION, AND SUPPORT; 2) NEW BUSINESS RECRUITMENT; 3) MARKETING PREBLE COUNTY AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH; AND 4) WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ALSO PARTNERED WITH LOCAL POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTIONS TO RAISE THE EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT LEVEL OF THE UNDERSERVED RURAL POPULATION.
