RMG PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES THROUGH THESE PROGRAMS: ASSISTANCE FOR START-UPS THROUGH THE COMMERCIALIZATION STAGE OF THEIR BUSINESSES, INTRODUCING CLIENTS TO POTENTIAL FUNDING SOURCES, DEVELOPING BUSINESS PLANS, MARKET STUDIES, AND FINANCIAL MODELS FOR CLIENTS, AND PROVIDING STRATEGY RECOMMENDATIONS TO SPUR GROWTH AND STABILITY FOR CLIENTS.


THE COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND (CCF) IS DEDICATED TO THE PRESERVATIONS AND CREATION OF JOBS, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY EQUITY. TO PRESERVE AND REVITALIZE DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES THROUGH INVESTMENTS IN THE CREATION OF JOBS, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY EQUITY.TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, THE CCF WILL: - EXPAND ACCESS TO NEW CAPITAL FOR UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES - PRESERVE HOUSING STOCK THROUGH AFFORABLE PURCHASE - REHABILITATION MORTGAGE PRODUCT - PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING - CREATE PATHWAYS TO BUILD PERSONAL/FAMILY/INTERGENERATIONAL WEALTH - DEVELOP INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS TO MEET THE LOCAL MARKET DEMAND - PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERICAL CORRIDORS - CONNECT BORROWERS TO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES
