OUR EARLY CHILDHOOD MODEL HAS THREE KEY COMPONENTS: QUALITY OF PROGRAM, QUALITY OF STAFF AND AFFORDABILITY. QUALITY OF PROGRAM: WE ARE ACCREDITED BY ASSOCIATION MONTESSORI INTERNATIONALE (AMI). WE ARE ALSO A FOUR STAR RATED PROGRAM BY PARENT AWARE MN. QUALITY OF STAFF: ALL OF OUR LEAD TEACHERS HAVE BACHELORS DEGREES AND THE AMI DIPLOMA. OUR ASSISTANT TEACHERS ALSO HAVE BACHELORS DEGREES AND THE AMI DIPLOMA. THE AMI DIPLOMA IS AN 800 HOUR TRAINING PROGRAM. MANY OF OUR TEACHERS AND ASSISTANTS ALSO HAVE A MASTER'S IN EDUCATION. AFFORDABILITY: OUR PROGAM IS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER PRESCHOOLS. IT'S LOWER THAN MANY OF OUR AMI SCHOOL COMPETITION. WE HAVE A UNIQUE SCHLOARSHIP PROGRAM AND TRY TO MAKE OUR SCHOOL ACCESSIBILE TO EVERY FAMILY.
