THE CENTER FOR HEALTHCARE EDUCATION AND SIMULATION (CHES) OFFERS NURSING STUDENTS, NEW AND EXPERIENCED NURSES, PHYSICIANS AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS A SAFE, CONTROLLED, LEARNING ENVIRONMENT TO PRACTICE NEW, OR BUILD UPON EXISTING, SKILLS. IN 2021-22 FISCAL YEAR, CHES CONDUCTED 617 EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS FOR A TOTAL OF 2,865 PARTICIPANTS. CHES CONSISTENTLY REACHES OUT TO HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS AND SCHOOLS WITHIN SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TO SHARE THEIR RESOURCES AND COURSES TO HELP IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND SAFETY OF PATIENTS AND EMPLOYEES AND ENCOURAGE EXPLORATION OF HEALTHCARE-RELATED CAREERS.
