COORDINATE THE EFFORTS OF THE CIVILIAN COMMUNITY IN THE SUPPORT OF THE U.S. ARMY FACILITY AT FORT POLK, LOUISIANA, INCLUDING MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS AND PARTNERING WITH DECISION MAKERS IN CONGRESS, AT THE PENTAGON, AND AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS TO INSURE THAT UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION IS USED IN DECISIONS CONCERNING THE FORT POLK ARMY BASE.
THE ORGANIZATION IS LEADING AN EDUCATION INITATIVE THAT WILL IMPROVE SCHOOL PERFORMANCE IN SCHOOLS THAT SERVE MILITARY CONNECTED STUDENTS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SOLDIERS AND FAMILIES STATIONED AT FORT POLK. QUALITY EDUCATION FOR MILITARY CONNECTED STUDENTS WILL INCREASE THE VIABILITY OF THE MISSIONS STATIONED AT FORT POLK.
