CASA VOLUNTEERS HAVE THE AUTHORITY OF THE COURT TO SEE ALL THEIR RECORDS AND TALK TO ALL THE PEOPLE CONERNING THE CHILD. CASA VOLUNTEERS THEN PREPARES A COMPREHENSIVE OBJECTIVE REPORT TO RECOMMEND WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD.
