CASA RECRUITS, TRAINS, AND SUPERVISES VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE FOR ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN JUVENILE COURT. CASA VOLUNTEERS HAVE THE AUTHORITY OF THE COURT TO SEE ALL THEIR RECORDS AND TALK TO ALL THE PEOPLE CONERNING THE CHILD. CASA VOLUNTEERS THEN PREPARES A COMPREHENSIVE OBJECTIVE REPORT TO RECOMMEND WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD.
