THE ORGANIZATION SOLICITED FUNDS FROM SELECT PRIVATE DONORS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMISSIONING THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF BRONZE STATUES REPRESENTING PROMINENT CHARLOTTEANS WHO SHAPED OUR REGION'S HISTORY AND CULTURE. THE STATUES WILL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE GREENWAY IN CHARLOTTE. DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION INSTALLED ONE STATUE AND AN ADDITIONAL STATUE WILL BE INSTALLED IN 2022.
