THE SCHOOL SERVES ELIGIBLE STUDENTS IN 8TH THROUGH 12TH GRADE WITH 1010 CADETS. THE ACADEMY ACHIEVED AN "A" RATING (SCHOOL PERFORMANCE SCORE) FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022 AND WAS ALSO RECOGNIZED AS A NAVAL HONOR SCHOOL DUE TO THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE WITH THE MARINE CORPS JUNIOR RESERVE OFFICE TRAINING CORPS (JROTC) PROGRAM. THE STATE BOARD OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION APPROVED A 10-YEAR CHARTER RENEWAL FOR NOMMA IN 2016.
