EINSTEIN CHARTER SCHOOL IS AN OPEN ADMISSION SCHOOL PROVIDING EDUCATION WITH A CURRICULUM SPECIALIZED IN MATH AND SCIENCE FOR GRADES PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE. EINSTEIN CHARTER SCHOOL SERVED 1,561 STUDENTS, TUITION FREE, FROM THE MICHOUD COMMUNITY IN NEW ORLEANS EAST DURING THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR.WE ARE NOW RECOGNIZED AS A MODEL FOR EXPANDING CHARTER SCHOOL NETWORKS SERVING HIGH POVERTY, HIGH NEEDS STUDENTS. EINSTEIN SERVES WELL OVER HALF OF ALL ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS IN THE OPSB SYSTEM. RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE: EINSTEIN CHARTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT VILLAGE DE L'EST EARNED THE CHEVRON PROJECT LEAD THE WAY'S DISTINGUISHED SCHOOL AWARD FOR 2017-18, THE ONLY SCHOOL TO DO SO IN LOUISIANA.
