THE ONGOING EVALUATION OF CURRENT MEMBERS. ONGOING EVALUATION OF CURRENT MEMBERS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING METHODS: REGULATORY REQUIREMENT, REGULATORY INSPECTIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS AND OPERATOR AND MAINTENANCE REPORTS. PARTICIPATION BY LAWWA AND ITS MANAGEMENT IN ATTENDING STAKEHOLDER GROUPS AS WELL AS REVIEW PUBLICATIONS AND WEBCASTS THAT MAY GUIDE FOR FUTURE EXPANSIONS OR REPAIRS.


THE SEARCH FOR NEW MEMBERS. MEMBERS ARE VETTED THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ISSUES, FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS OR VARIOUS OTHER REASONS. CURRENT EXPLORATION OF NEW MEMBERS IS THROUGH DIRECT MAILING AND TARGETED FACILITIES WITH KNOWN ISSUES.
