REVENUE IS COLLECTED FROM THE MEMBERS AND OTHER RELATED SOURCES FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF COVERING THE COST OF ELECTRIC SERVICE PROVIDED; AND TO PROVIDE OPERATING RESERVES TO FUND THOSE ACTIVITIES. EXCESS REVENUES OVER THE COST OF OPERATIONS AND ALLOCATIONS TO RESERVES ARE RETURNED TO THE MEMBERS AS PATRONAGE CAPITAL.
