IS TO ASSIST THE INDIVIDUAL ROTARY CLUBS IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA CONSISTING OF THE STATE OF IDAHO SOUTH OF THE SALMON RIVER AND MALHEUR COUNTY OREGON ADVANCE THE OBJECT OF ROTARY, WHICH IS TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER THE IDEAL OF SERVICE AS A BASIS OF WORTHY ENTERPRISE.
