ADOPTION SERVICES - THE AGENCY PERFORMS ADOPTIONS FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE PERMANENT WARDS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN. THE AGENCY HAS BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL IN PLACING CHILDREN WITH FAMILIES QUICKLY, EFFICENTLY, AND PERMANENTLY.
FOSTER CARE SERVICES - THE AGENCY PROVIDES FOSTER CARE SERVICES TO CHILDREN IN OUT-OF-HOME PLACEMENT. THE AGENCY HAS PROVEN IN PROVIDES QUALITY FOSTER CARE SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES TO ENSURE, WHEN AT ALL POSSIBLE, CHILDREN ARE RETURNED TO THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF THEIR BIRTH PARENTS.
