THROUGH EVENTS, OUTREACH, AND PARTNERSHIPS, WE ENHANCE RESOURCE ACCESS, BUILD COMMUNITY CAPACITY, AND PROVIDE DIRECT BASIC NEEDS SUPPORT, SUCH AS FOOD, HOUSING, AND HEALTHCARE ASSISTANCE, TO CREATE A UNITED, RESILIENT COMMUNITY.
