COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS: DURING 2023, TOTAL SERVED 8877 - THIS INITIATIVE BUILDS CONNECTIONS WITH RESIDENTS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO COLLABORATIVELY ADDRESS COMMUNITY NEEDS. THROUGH EVENTS, OUTREACH, AND PARTNERSHIPS, WE ENHANCE RESOURCE ACCESS, BUILD COMMUNITY CAPACITY, AND PROVIDE DIRECT BASIC NEEDS SUPPORT, SUCH AS FOOD, HOUSING, AND HEALTHCARE ASSISTANCE, TO CREATE A UNITED, RESILIENT COMMUNITY.


COMMUNITY HEALTH AND SAFETY: DURING 2023, TOTAL SERVED 3413 - FOCUSED ON PROMOTING WELL-BEING AND RESILIENCE, COMMUNITY HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAMS PROVIDE RESOURCES SUCH AS HEALTH EDUCATION AND HEALTH FAIRS, DISASTER PREPAREDNESS TRAINING, AND MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS INITIATIVES. THESE PROGRAMS AIM TO EQUIP RESIDENTS WITH KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS TO IMPROVE HEALTH, PREVENT CRISES, AND ENSURE A SAFER, HEALTHIER COMMUNITY.
