PROVIDED AFFORDABLE AND APPROPRIATE PHARMACY SERVICES (MEDICINES AND NECESSARY SERVICES TO ENSURE OPTIMUM CLINICAL OUTCOMES) AND COORDINATED ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE FOR THOSE LIVING AT OR BELOW 200% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL WHO ARE UNINSURED OR UNDER-INSURED. DURING THE YEAR, 1,532 PATIENTS WERE SERVED, 101,794 PRESCRIPTIONS WERE DISPENSED AND 8,675 ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATIONS WERE PROVIDED. ADDITIONALLY IN 2020, THE ORGANIZATION IDENTIFIED AND WORKED TO RESOLVED 511 DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS, HOSTED 52 PHARMACY INTERNS FOR ADVANCED PHARMACY PRACTICE MONTH LONG EXPERIENCES, AND UTILIZED 233 VOLUNTEERS TO PROVIDE 1,962 HOURS OF SERVICE.
