PROVIDE FOR THE SAFE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF DECOMMISSIONED BULK FUEL TANKS AND PROVIDE TANK PAINTING SERVICES TO EXTEND THE USEFUL LIFE OF BULK FUEL TANKS.
