AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM: REACH ENLISTS TEENS TO BE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL READING TUTORS, RESULTING IN IMPROVED OUTCOMES FOR THE TEEN TUTORS AND THEIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.


SUMMER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY: TEENS CREATE RESUMES, VISIT COLLEGES, PARTICIPATE IN MOCK INTERVIEWS, COLLABORATE ON GROUP PROJECTS, AND COMPETE IN OUR CHARITY-FOCUSED PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION DURING A SIX-WEEK, INTENSIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.


TEEN-AUTHORED BOOKS: TEENS AUTHOR CHILDREN'S BOOKS THAT ARE SOLD AND DISTRIBUTED TO CHILDREN WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE ACCESS TO DIVERSE, RELEVANT, AND ENGAGING TEXTS. THE ORGANIZATION SELLS OR GRANTS THOUSANDS OF BOOKS EACH YEAR.


COLLEGE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM: TEENS ARE PAIRED WITH AN ADULT MENTOR FOR ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT IN THE COLLEGE SELECTION, ADMISSIONS, AND FINANCIAL AID PROCESSES, INCREASING THE LIKELIHOOD OF COLLEGE ENROLLMENT, PERSISTENCE, AND COMPLETION.
