ALSO TO PROVIDE A REFUGE AND PROTECTIVE GUIDANCE WHILE DEALING WITH EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, AND MORAL NEEDS. WE WILL WORK WITH THE RESIDENTS SPECIFIC NEEDS AND SKILLS, THUS ENCOUAGE THEM IN THE CHRISTAIN WAY OF LIFE. TO WORK WITH THEIR OWN HANDS AND SUPPORT THEMSELVES.
