PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE RELIGIOUS COUNSELING TO ALL OF THE INMATES OF THE MARTINEZ, MARSH CREEK, AND WEST COUNTY DETENTION FACILITIES. THIS ALSO INCLUDES COUNSELING SERVICES TO STAFF AS WELL AS INMATES.
RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND SUPERVISE VOLUNTEER MINISTRY TO INMATES IN THE FACILITIES.
PERFORM RELIGIOUS SERVICES THAT ENCOURAGE INMATES, STAFF, CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS, AND ADMINISTRATORS, FACILITATE OTHER FAITHS IN THEIR MINISTRY TO INMATES.
