AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACTIVITIES INCLUDE NEW CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION AND RENOVATION OF SINGLE FAMILY HOMES FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOMEBUYERS. THE ORGANIZATION SPONSORS SECTION 42 APARTMENTS. IT WILL MATERIALLY PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPENT AND OPERATION OF THE PROPERTIES AND OVERSEE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR SENIOR COMMUNITIES.
