THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS FULFILLED BY COLLECTING INFORMATION ON CONTEMPORARY ASIAN ART AND MAKING IT PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE, PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, SUPPORTING RESEARCH AND WRITING IN THE FIELD, AND INSTIGATING DIALOGUE AND CRITICAL THINKING TO DEVELOP A BROADER AUDIENCE FOR AND A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF VISUAL ART BY ARTISTS IN ASIA OR BY ARTISTS OF ASIAN DESCENT.
