WE PROVIDE SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND LUNCH PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT CHILDREN'S EDUCATION AND FEEDING PROGRAMS AT SCHOOLS IN MANAGUA, NUEVA GUINEA, GRANADA AND SOMOTILLO. OUR INITIATIVE SUSTAINS THE NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR 315 CHILDREN AT LOS COCOS SCHOOL IN GRANADA AND THE 1400 STUDENTS AT ENRIQUE DEL OSSO SCHOOL IN REPARTO SCHICK, A POOR BARRIO IN MANAGUA. ADDITIONALLY WE ARE INVOLVED WITH SAGRADO CORAZON, A K-11 SCHOOL FOR 1200 STUDENTS AND HOGAR ALEGRIA, AN ORPHANAGE FOR 35 GIRLS IN GRANADA. WE PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE NUTRITION PROGRAM, LIBRARY, COMPUTER CENTER, AND TEENAGERS' GYM IN THE BARRIO EL RECREO - PROJECT GENERATING LIFE. LASTLY WE SUPPORT 19 HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS IN LEON THROUGH A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WHICH ENABLES THEM TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION. WE ARE PROUD TO SAY THAT WE HAVE A NUMBER OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES.
WE SUPPORT MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINICS IN IMPOVERISHED BARRIOS OF MANAGUA. WE HAVE COORDINATED SHIPMENTS OF MEDICINE TO THE PHARMACY AT REPARTO SCHICK. IN BARRIO EL RECREO WE SUPPORT A CANCER SCREENING AND PREVENTION CLINIC, EYE CARE, PHARMACY FOR THE POOR, AND WOMEN'S SUPPORT GROUP. TWO MEDICAL TEAMS VISITED BOLIVIA IN 2022 - A DENTAL TEAM FROM NOVA UNIVERSITY THAT PERFORMED OVER 500 DENTAL PROCEDURES, AND A CLEFT PALATE SURGICAL TEAM, LED BY SURGEONS FROM EMORY UNIVERSITY AND COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY.
WE HAVE SENT CARGO CONTAINERS TO PARAGUAY WHICH CONTAINED DONATED MEDICAL SUPPLIES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, HOUSEHOLD GOODS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, AND ITEMS REQUESTED BY DONEE ORGANIZATIONS.
