COLORADO TITANS PROGRAM SERVICES AND REVENUE SOURCES THE COLORADO TITANS BASKETBALL CLUB CELEBRATED IT'S 16TH YEAR OF EXISTENCE IN 2021 AND 12TH AS A 501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT CORPORATION. DURING 2021 APPROXIMATELY 300 BOYS AND GIRLS, AGED 11 TO 18, PARTICIPATED ON 30 TEAMS COMPRISED OF 9-10 PLAYERS PER TEAM. ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND TRYOUTS FOR EACH TEAM TO DETERMINE THE SKILL LEVEL FOR PLACEMENT ON A TEAM THAT BEST FITS THAT PLAYER'S TALENT LEVEL. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT TO BE PLACED ON A TEAM THAT NUTURES A PLAYERS SKILLS. ALL TEAMS PARTICIPATE IN LOCAL, WEEKLY LEAGUE GAMES AND TOURNAMENTS. A NUMBER OF OLDER TALENTED TEAMS TRAVEL OUT OF STATE TO HIGH PROFILE TOURNAMENTS FREQUENTED BY COLLEGE RECRUITING COACHES. THIS ALLOWS OUR SENIORS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET COACHES AND TO DISPLAY THEIR SKILLS AND TALENTS IN HOPES OF BEING INVITED TO PLAY AT THE NEXT LEVEL. THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THE COLORADO TITANS PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT, FOR ALL PLAYERS, TO LEARN THE GAME OF BASKETBALL AND TO GROW AND MATURE THROUGH THE GUIDANCE OF OUR OUTSTANDING COACHING STAFF. LASTLY, THE COLORADO TITANS TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THE FACT THAT ANNUALLY, OVER 60% OF OUR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS COMMITT TO PLAY BALL ST THE NEXT LEVEL.
