TO WORK WITH CHILD-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS, WHICH ARE DEDICATED TO BRINGING TARGETED, POWERFUL SUPPORTS TO MINORITY AND LOW INCOME POPULATIONS THAT HAVE TRADITIONALLY BEEN LEFT OUT OF RESOURCE-RICH EXPERIENCES. TO FULFILL A NEED TO BRIDGE CORPORATE AND PHILANTHROPIC COMMUNITIES IN ORDER TO FULLY BENEFIT FROM RESOURCES COMMUNITIES CAN PROVIDE. TO NUTURE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE TWO SECTORS, CREATE EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION COALITIONS, AND ADDRESS GAPS IN EXISTING SERVICES; TO DELIVER TECHINICAL ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS AIMED AT FISCAL PROGRAMMATIC AND LEADERSHIP SUSTAINABILITY, AND FURTHER, TO CARRY ON ANY OTHER ACTIVITY IN SUPPORT OF THE MISSION AS MAY BE CARRIED ON BY CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER CHAPTER 180 OF THE MASSACHUSTTS GENERAL LAW AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C) (3) OF THE CODE.
