WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING FREE ACCESS TO PRIMARY CARE, LABORATORY SERVICES AND MEDICATIONS TO THOSE MOST IN NEED, IN OKALOOSA AND WALTON COUNTIES IN FLORIDA.
