THE ASSOCIATION'S SPECIFIC PURPOSES ARE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING BASIC UTILITY SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF SOUTH OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SOUTH WALTON COUNTY, FLORIDA BY MANAGING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THEIR JOINTLY-OWNED REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND SUCH OTHER EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE WATER TO THE CORPORATION'S MEMBERS.

MISSION:

THE MISSION OF DESTIN HIGH SCHOOL IS TO PREPARE STUDENTS ACADEMICALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND MENTALLY TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE, PRODUCTIVE, EMPOWERED CITIZENS. EMBRACING THE AREAS HISTORY AS A TOURIST DESTINATION, MILITARY HUB, AND WORLDS LUCKIEST FISHING VILLAGE AND SUPPORTED BY STRONG PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS, OUR DIVERSE AND SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS WILL PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION EACH STUDENT NEEDS TO SECURE A SOLID FUTURE.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

THE MEMORY OF ELLISON WILL LIVE ON THROUGH THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS. THE EDUCATIONAL IMPACT ON THE RECIPIENTS WILL PROVIDE A LASTING LEGACY FOR THOSE THAT MIGHT NOT OTHERWISE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO SUCCEED.
