TO CREATE, FORM AND ESTABLISH AN ORGANIZATION TO BENEFIT THE PRESENT AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE MALVERNE FIRE DEPARTMENT; TO PROVIDE SICK, DISABLED OR INDIGENT BENEFITS AND DEATH BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PRESENT AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE FIRE DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO HELP OFFSET THE COSTS OF INSURANCE; TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE SICK OR INDIGENT; TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE FIRE SERVICES WITH THE MALVERNE FIRE DISTRICT; TO PROVIDE AND SUPPORT THE RIGHTS AND BENEFITS OF EACH MEMBER AND THEIR BENEFICIARIES.
