THE PROJECT WILL OPERATE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD).
