TO SERVE AS A CLEARINGHOUSE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON SUCH OPPORTUNITIES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PURSUING THE SAME. TO DEVELOP AND/OR SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS PROMOTING EDUCATION FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE NEW ORLEANS COMMUNITY. TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO SELECT STUDENTS FOR ATTENDANCE AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. TO RECEIVE DONATIONS, CONTRIBUTIONS, FUNDS, AND PROPERTY FROM ANY AND ALL SOURCES AND TO USE THE SAME FOR ITS CORPORATE PURPOSES. TO ENGAGE IN SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS WILL ASSIST IN GENERALLY CARRING OUT THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION.
