THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS AND INSTITUTES PROGRAMS THAT SERVE TO EDUCATE, LIBERATE AND ASSIST IN FACILITATING THE EMPOWERMENT AND TRANSFORMATION OF HUMAN BEINGS TO LIVE A LIFE OF SELF-RESPECT. THE FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO SOCIAL JUSTICE AND TO THE PRINCIPLE THAT ALL PEOPLE ARE CREATED EQUAL. WE SUPPORT SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND DIGNITY OF ALL IDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. PROGRAMS INCLUDE GIRLS IN P.E.A.R.L.S. MENTORING ACADEMY FOR GIRLS 12 TO 18 YEARS. IT IS AN ACADEMIC INITIATIVE WHEREBY THE FOUNDATION HOSTS MONTHLY THEME ACTIVITIES WHERE GIRLS ARE INTRODUCED TO VARIOUS LIFE LESSONS WITH THE GOAL OF FULFILLING THE TENANTS OF WOMANHOOD. OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE SISTERTALK WOMENS EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCE, BACK TO SCHOOL ENRICHMENT CONFERENCE, SPONSORED COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS, FAMILY AND PARENTING WORKSHOPS, STOP THE VIOLENCE SUMMITS, ENDING POVERTY INITIATIVES, WOMEN AND MENS HEALTH FORUMS, BULLYING AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION SEMINARS, TOWN HALL MEETINGS ON SOCIAL
