THE MISSION OF THE HOPKINS COUNTY VETERAN'S MEMORIAL COMMITTEE IS TO ERECT A MEMORIAL THAT WILL BE A LASTING TRIBUTE TO THE VETERANS OF HOPKINS COUNTY. IT WILL BE A LASTING TRIBUTE TO THE VETERANS WHO HAVE IN THE PAST RESIDED IN HOPKINS COUNTY, OR WHO ARE BURIED IN HOPKINS COUNTY AND HAVE SERVED UNDER HONORABLE CONDITIONS. THIS MEMORIAL WILL BE A LIVING MEMORIAL TO WHICH THE NAMES OF FUTURE VETERANS CAN BE CARVED
