THE WELL SPRING SECOND CHANCE CENTER MISSION IS TO SHEPHERD COMMUNITY RESOURCES, MEET BASIC NEEDS, PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY, ASSIST AND PROTECT THE VULNERABLE, FORMERLY INCARCERATED, MARGINALIZED PERSONS, AND PRESERVE FAMILIES THROUGH THE EFFICIENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF SERVICES EXPERTISE, CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND WITH AN EMPHASIS IN THE AREA OF IMPROVING LIVES OF EX-OFFENDERS.

WELLSPRING SECOND CHANCE CENTER PROVIDES SERVICES TO 10 ADULTS AND 5 YOUTHS WEEKLY THROUGH URBAN ADVENTURES


THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVOR?S PROGRAM IS HELD ON MONDAY MORNINGS AND 5 WOMEN ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED. 11 SESSIONS IN TOTAL ARE HELD FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN. THOSE WHO ARE ENROLLED IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAMMING ARE ELIGIBLE TO WORK WITH OUR HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST. 5 INDIVIDUALS HAVE APPLIED FOR HOUSING AND 1 INDIVIDUAL HAS SUCCESSFULLY LANDED A JOB THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.


TURNING POINT HAS COLLABORATED WITH WELLSPRING, AND 16 PEOPLE ARE ENROLLED IN THAT PROGRAM, WHILE 15 PEOPLE ARE ENROLLED IN OUR COMMUNITY'S ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. IN THIS PROGRAM, 31 PEOPLE ARE SERVED.
