THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER WOMEN TO ACHIEVE ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE BY PROVIDING THE NETWORK OF SUPPORT, PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE AND THE DEVELOPMENT TOOLS TO HELP WOMEN THRIVE IN THEIR WORK AND IN LIFE. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS PROGRAMS THAT ARE INCLUSIVE, FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTIVE TO MEET EACH INDIVIDUAL WOMAN WHEREVER SHE MAY BE IN HER EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT CYCLE.
