NEXTSTEP ORLANDO HELPS INDIVIDUALS WITH SPINAL CORD INJURIES ACHIEVE THEIR GREATEST RECOVERY POTENTIAL THROUGH INTENSE EXERCISE-BASED ACTIVITIES.

EACH YEAR OUR FACILITY HELPS BETWEEN 45-60 SPINAL CORD INJURY CLIENTS REGAIN SOME TYPE OF FUNCTION. IN THE U.S., APPROXIMATELY 12,000 SPINAL CORD INJURIES OCCUR EACH YEAR WITH AN ESTIMATED 450,000 CURRENTLY INJURED. ONCE TRADITIONAL REHABILITATION IS COMPLETE AND/OR INSURANCE WILL NO LONGER COVER REHABILITATION SERVICES, OUR RECOVERY PROGRAM HELPS THOSE WHO WISH TO FURTHER THEIR RECOVERY POTENTIAL. OUR SCHOLARSHIP FUND ASSISTS WITH THERAPY FUNDING FOR 25 CLIENTS EACH YEAR. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE OUR LIFE-CHANGING SERVICES AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS THEM.
