EMOTIONS TOOLKITS INCLUDE ITEMS THAT HELP CHILDREN LEARN TO SELF-REGULATE, AS WELL AS A FAMILY GUIDEBOOK WITH TIPS AND INSTRUCTION FOR TEACHING YOUR CHILDREN HOW TO NAME AND TAME BIG EMOTIONS. (A TOTAL OF 403 WERE DISTRIBUTED AT NO COST TO FAMILIES BETWEEN 2021-22.)CREATED 180 CASES FOR CHARACTER FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH ENTERING FOSTER CARE IN COLORADO. THESE ROLLER BAGS CONTAIN TOILETRIES, A BLANKET, A PERSONALIZED PILLOW, AN EMOTIONS TOOLKIT, AND BOOKS MEANT TO PROVIDE CARE AND HOPE TO YOUNG PEOPLE ON THE DAY THEY ARE REMOVED FROM THEIR HOME AND PLACED IN FOSTER CARE.
